Go along and celebrate Swaledale's beautiful meadow's with National Meadows Day at Hazel Brow Farm Visitor Centre. Thanks to the Tees-Swale Naturally Connected Team.
Get to learn all about the importance of wildflower meadows and see a great example for yourself.
Activities are suitable for all ages and include a Scything demonstration, guided wildflower walk, scything demonstration, earthworm charming, and wildflower-themed crafts.
Feel free to take a picnic along to enjoy, however refreshments and cake will be available for a donation with all proceeds going to the Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust and the great work they do carrying out meadow restoration work.
This is a FREE event but booking is required at: National Meadows Day Saturday 5th July 2025
