The first annual Crime Writing event in Sedbergh England's Booktown features members of the Crime Writers Association who love to meet their readers and pass on their enthusiasm for all things gruesome and murderous. In addition to panel and meet the author sessions during the day there is the chance to follow clues around a real life 'felonious slaying' that took place in Sedbergh this will be suitable for families. And look out for info about a 75th anniversary showing of The Third Man, its hard to believe that this classic of the cinema will be 75 years old in September 2025.
