Volunteers Needed
Are you able to spare an hour or two to ready for the event on Friday 4th - Sunday 6th July?
Thursday 3rd July
From 4pm
Ingleton Sports Field
Vans/trailers needed to move equipment to the field for set up
General lifting & carrying
Friday 4th July
11pm (ish), at the end of the dance
Dance hall changeover
Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th July
Throughout the day & at the evening dance
Dance hall changeover
Collection buckets & handing out itineraries
On the door at dances
Changing bins on the field
Monday 7th July
From 9am
Ingleton Sports Field
Vans/trailers needed to move equipment to the field for set up
General lifting & carrying
Litter pick
