The annual event is back on Thursday June 4th through to Wednesday June 10th.
The main days for visitors being Thursday 4th - Sunday 7th as most people have packed up by then.
Appleby Horse Fair is traditionally known as the biggest date in the calendar for the travelling community across Europe and is back for 2026!
The fair which is now in it's 250th year attracts thousands or travellers and tourists to Appleby in Westmorland ever year.
The horses are washed in the River Eden and trotted up and down in the "Flashing Lane" during the day as a way of trading horses.
You can also visit the market on Jimmy Winters Field (CA16 6JH) selling a variety of goods, some of which are traditional to the travelling community and of course a wide range of horse related products.
