Come and meet the choir and sing or just listen!
On Tuesday 23rd September Langcliffe Singers are hosting an open rehearsal, where anyone can come along and sing, or just listen, to see what it’s all about. There will be a break in the middle of the rehearsal where refreshments will be served and there will be a chance to socialise.
The open rehearsal will feature movements from Faure’s Requiem, Alexander L’Estrange’s Wassail!, and also Karl Jenkins’ The Armed Man, which celebrates its 25th birthday this year. In honour of this event, our Musical Director Darren and his wife Ellie are putting on a Come and Sing on Saturday 27th September in aid of the local Cave Rescue team.
