Royal Pump Room Museum Drop-in Object Handling Sessions

Every Thursdays during the summer holidays 11am-2pm

Have you ever wanted to get up close to the museum collection? Now’s your chance! Come along to our free object handling drop-in sessions. We have a selection of items relating to the history of Harrogate for visitors to handle and learn about.

Get your hands on history, our special handling collection fires the imagination, giving visitors the opportunity to examine artefacts closely and consider how they might have been used. We’ll be looking at topics relating to Harrogate history, such as health & wellbeing and social history items.

Sessions will be running throughout the summer on Thursday between 11am and 2pm. No need to book, just turn up!
