Due to the great success of last year's Bentham bonfire, they are recruiting volunteers to join their brand-new drumming group. As part of the group you will be involved in the amazing atmosphere as you get everyone warmed up and in the mood for the big event. The drummers will lead the parade before the lighting of the bonfire, and again before the spectacular fireworks.
No experience is necessary, and all instruments will be provided.
Regular practice sessions will be needed to learn the rhythms, and a reasonable level of mobility is needed because you will be walking with the instruments at night.

The Holy Trinity and Community Poppy Project 2026 is a huge new community project in Skipton.

The Folly in Settle is looking to recruit some new volunteers to welcome the public to their museum?
Here's the details:
They're looking for some new people to volunteer in their Visitor Welcome role that involves:
Greeting visitors when they arrive
Telling people a little bit about The Folly and the museum
Using the till to count visitors and sell shop products
Opening up or closing the museum, depending on the time of day.
Full training and a volunteer mentor are provided. You don’t need to stick to a particular day or time. Shifts are either morning (11am-1pm) or afternoon (1-4pm).
