Work starts this week on a new play area for the young residents of Leyburn
Work is due to commence on the Shawl Play Area this week, here is a peek at the 3D plan for the park. It includes a new:
- In ground roundabout
- Trampoline
- Rope swing
- Castle on the hill
and much more!
Work is anticipated to take approximately 4 weeks and the area will be closed while the new equipment, paths and picnic benches are installed.
The new Play Area will be completed at the start of August for all to enjoy over the summer 😊
