Each episode looks at food in a refreshing way.  From its origins, where and when to best use it, nutritional benefits and some great mouthwatering recipe ideas.

Bruce was Head Chef at The Angel at Hetton, before setting up Elsworth Kitchen in Skipton with wife, Rebecca.  He now runs Elsworth at the Mill a versatile space - a wedding venue, for business meetings and celebrations and they specialise in food masterclasses.

Full of heritage, character and charm, Elsworth at The Mill is a versatile event space interchangeable for a wide range of daytime and evening uses, from Civil Ceremonies & Intimate Weddings, Food & Wine Events, Business Meetings & Socials, Photoshoots, Private Dining Parties, and a separate space for Co-working and Meetings.
